If you would like to receive monthly depletion and/or inventory reports please review these guidelines and then fill out the request form below.

• Depletions and inventory reports are sent automatically on the 3rd of each month for the previous month's data.

• Reports can only be automated to ONE contact, so if you have multiple recipients please consider setting up an email group.

• Reports are sent as Excel files (.xls) which are sometimes incompatible with some versions of Excel; if you a report does not display correctly on opening, select "Save as" and choose another Excel format, save the file and try opening it again.

• If you need other data you can request it below, but please make every effort to work with the extensive data provided and utilize whatever resources you have available to interpret and manipulate the data before contacting our staff for support. 

• Historical inventory data is not available.
